Everybody should be well aware that woman have monthly cycles, which involve hormone fluctuations, menstration, aches and pains and fertility. But what is not as well known is that ALL men also have cycles of their own- they too experience hormonal fluctuations via testosterone, they also experience mood swings and irratability and they too have monthly cycles (with the exception of menstrations)- so woman and not on their own at all.
Below is the standard Male cycle
1) Men's testosterone, for instance, varies and goes up and down four or five times an hour .
2) There are daily cycles with testosterone being higher in the morning and lower at night.
3) Men have a monthly hormonal cycle that is unique to each man, but men can actually track their moods and recognize they are related to hormonal changes through the month.
4)There are seasonal cycles with testosterone higher in November and lower in April.
5) All men have hormonal cycles during adolescence, but also the years between 40 and 55 have what we call male menopause or Andropause. - Welcome the 'midlife crisis'
6) Hormonal changes in men going through IMS, related to stress in a man's life.
Men can experienc physical things as well, including , cramps, water retension, Bloating and fatigue, just like women do- however they do not experience 'Aunt Flowy'.
When they hit male menopause they experience things such as fatigue, sexual problems, depression etc
This discovery and knowledge is not new - it was discovered in the 17th century by an Italian Doctor and it has been widely debated within the medical community ever since.
